Orders & Ordering
Once your order is placed, please allow 24 hours for us to receive your order and up to 2 business days to process and ship your order. Once shipped, you will receive the tracking information via the e-mail you provided at checkout. If you did not provide an email during checkout, you can contact us at our Support Portal and we can provide you with the tracking number. Depending on the selected shipping option, please allow upwards of 5-7 business days on Flat Rate shipping, 7-10 days for USPS orders to Alaska and Hawaii, and 7-21 business days on World Wide Saver Shipping.
- Please allow up to 2 business days for processing once the order is placed
- Little League orders ship business days only, Monday through Friday, and do not include Federal United States holidays.
- Please note, Little League observes extended closings in observance of major holidays.
- Creating an account on the store site allows you to view prior order history
- After signing into your account, your most recent orders will display. Select the order you would like to review for specific details about that order.
- Note: by checking out as a guest, you agree to a limited check-out experience. Order history will not be available.
- Please be advised since launching the new website, previous order history may have been lost in the conversion. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
We make every effort to process your online order as soon as possible; therefore, we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled once processing has begun. Contact us via our Support Portal during our business hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST) and we will make our best attempts to finalize your requestAll refunds are returned in the form of payment provided at checkout, no exceptions for online ordersRefunds may be delayed up to 24 hours from the initial purchase due to payment processing timesGift cards cannot be cancelled

If you received your order and any, or all, of the products are damaged, please contact us at our Support Portal and we will resolve the issuePlease include any pictures in the contents of the contact form if possible
Returns & Exchanges
Returns must be made within 30 days of original order. Returns with an original receipt or packing slip will be refunded in the original form of payment only. Refunds may be delayed up to 24 hours from the initial purchase due to payment processing times. Merchandise must be in new condition with tags attachedIf merchandise was received damaged, please contact us at our Support Portal immediately for further instructions. Gift cards can not be returned, and purchases made with Gift cards will be returned in the form of Store Credit online.
You may contact us at our Support Portal (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST) for questions, quantity adjustments, item exchanges, returns, and address changes you wish to make to your order.Our customer service representative will walk you through how to initiate a return of merchandise to the Little League store.Please return purchases within 48 hours of receiving return instructions.Any shipping incurred on a return without prior store contact is non-refundable.
